Katie Ledecky, born on March 17th 1997, is a five-time Olympic Gold medalist and nine-time world champion, becoming only the second swimmer to sweep the 200-, 400- and 800-meter freestyle titles at single games.
So what does Katie Ledecky normally eat to power her energy to champion her opponents? Ms Ledecky simply said she’d eat whatever her mom cooks for her. For her breakfasts, Ledecky prefers a healthy, energizing diet choice. She breaks her breakfast into small meals. Her first meal starts as early as 4:30am, with peanut butter spread on 2 slices of wholegrain bread, along with an apple or a banana. Her second breakfast right after her morning practice is a bit more substantial with an omelet or a bagel, and an egg sandwich along with a full glass of chocolate milk.
